Product Description of Pulse Jet Dust Collector

The new type pulse jet type dust collector is an air purification device with small volume and high dust removal efficiency. Suitable for a variety of independent dust-producing points, flexible and convenient, on-site dust collection, on-site treatment, can effectively ensure the cleanliness of the air.


The basic structure consists of a dust box, a centrifugal fan, a filter bag (filter cartridge), a pulse type dust collector and a microcomputer controller. The dust is sucked into the interior of the dust collector box by the negative pressure of the fan through the suction pipe, using gravity and upward airflow. The coarse-grained dust is directly filtered by the filter and directly dropped to the dust collector. The particulate dust is trapped on the outer surface by the filter, and the clean gas is filtered and decomposed and purified by the filter element, and then flows into the cleanroom, thereby being discharged from the air outlet by the fan. The entire dust removal filtration process is the result of a combination of gravity, inertial force, collision, electrostatic adsorption, and sieving.


Working Principle of Pulse Jet Dust Collector

The dusty air enters the tank through the air inlet, and the coarser dust falls down to the ash drawer under the action of its own gravity. The other part of the fine dust is sucked on the outer wall of the filter cartridge and cleaned under the suction of the main fan. The air through the filter cartridge is discharged through the fan outlet. Can be directly discharged indoors for recycling. As the filtration conditions continue, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge is increasing. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the resistance of the precipitator should be maintained within the limit (1.2KPa), so the cleaning is performed by high frequency vibration. , complete the recycling of the filter cartridge.
