The principle of powder filling production line is to decompose a repeated production process into several sub-processes. The former subprocess creates execution conditions for the next subprocess. Powder's canning production line is very strict with the process requirements. It must be precise, accurate and efficient. The powder production line realizes a process from feeding, mixing, packaging, measuring, capping to the designated place. It must meet the requirements of filling weight of 10-500g; measuring method: screw quantitative, secondary weighing feedback; bin capacity: the pre-filling weight of 50L, a supplement of 10L; filling accuracy: less than or equal to 1g; can loading speed ≥ 5500 cans/hour, etc. It is a production line with strict requirements for precision and speed.
The powder handling equipment is composed of: canning machine, vacuum feeding machine, screw belt mixer, high-speed automatic canning machine, capping machine and UV sterilization conveyor. It is made of 304 stainless steel which can be in contact with the material. The internal structure is all argon arc welding without screws, so as to ensure that the product will not fall into the product due to the damage of the parts during the production process and affect the quality. The external structure is double-sided drawing, looking beautiful. The speed contact is adjustable, easy to operate, using PLC touch screen, whose liquid touching part adopts movable link, easy to disassemble and clean.
The installation of the powder production line of Pianshan is very difficult because it needs to cooperate with the operation of the existing machines of the customers themselves. The links between one machine and another need to be slightly changed. Some of the older machines in the past are relatively backward in speed or function. We need our professional installation personnel to continuously adjust and change the parts and components. After half a month, the installation was completed successfully.
